Hampton Inn Greensburg

Convenient location for our plans. Good breakfast choices and really delicious peanut butter cookies in the lobby! Also, my luggage had been lost on an international flight but was delivered to the Hampton Inn on the morning of the day we were checking in. They kept it safe and secure until our arrival. Thank you!

It was hard to regulate the temp of the air conditioning. We were either too hot if off or too cold if on and if you tried to raise the base temp, the heat came on. We ended up keeping the air conditioning on and wearing a jacket when in the room.

Overall nice stay. The only downside was that the pull out bed was too small for two people

A quick over night stay after Polymath in what seems like a newer facility that is well maintained. Room 213 is across from the elevator so there’s hallway noise. Room was large and clean but dogs are allowed and one was prone to bark. Well stocked breakfast area and friendly staff.

I don't understand the $357.00 price for a room with a king-size bed, a bench, and a chair. You'd think that I rented a suite. It’s a decent hotel, but not worth that price.

I booked this hotel late last night for my husband that is a truck driver and needed it for a layover today. I tried multiple times to add the insurance for cancellation since they often cancel the layovers. The booking would not go through with having the insurance added because it was so close to the check in time. Today comes and sure enough the layoff got cancelled. I spoke with the hotel general manager Amy, who agreed to refund after hearing the situation and seeing the reservation for then to tell hotels.com the opposite and now no refund. I will gladly pay double through a different platform to stay anywhere but there again. I don’t appreciate being lied to or made to look like a liar. I would have been fine just being told the truth that sorry it was too late and nothing they could do but that’s not what I was told. I was told that the fees could be refunded and to have hotels.com call them to verify it.
