Easy check in, easy access. Handicap room was available and accessible.

Very clean and comfortable, the Staff at the front desk at night was super helpful and very kind. He was a breath of fresh air after a long journey. Thanks so much!

Our go-to place visiting family in Greensburg.

Breakfast staff/lady sounded Rude. She seem to be primarily interested in cleaning her area instead of serving the guest. Front of the desk person in the morning time did not care to help much with the area resources. Need to improve communication skills. Put a welcoming staff member who is warm smiling and wiling to help. Same with the breakfast area staff.

Quiet, clean & friendly.

The TV would buffer constantly on the channel i wanted to watch. Manager came up & couldn't fix it.

It was clean, convenient location.

The hotel was great. I highly recommend this hotel. They were friendly, the amenities were great, the free breakfast was awesome, the room was very clean, the whole place was clean and the coffee bar available around the clock was a nice perk.

only complaint was no one ever cleaned our room nothing all day went in at nite still nothing rebeca at desk was a doll at least gave us a few towels told front desk at 2pm no one cleaned told me they will get to it nothing!!!!!!! i travel alot but cant handle dumb mistakes even after she was told
