Location is perfect, right at the heart of the Penn campus. Good to see that the facilities arecgradualy being upgraded as during our previous visit some felt a bit dated.

Given the choice I would prefer a Moxy like experience (and price level) at the same location.

Breakfast was great and the bathroom toiletries were high quality. It was easy to get my bags held downstairs. Plenty of public space to work or wait to meet someone. The downstairs restaurant Louie Louie was fantastic.

The breakfast was very good. The location was perfect as it was directly across from Penn Live Arts venue which is why were at the hotel.

The shower floor was slippery therefore needed to use the floor mat on the shower floor to minimize the chance of slipping..
