"Not a bad place to stay if you’re looking for budget friendly place."

Overall stay was not bad at all. I was using crutches which made it difficult to climb the stairs to get to my room. Shower floor was very slippery when wet which was not good for me after knee surgery recovery. Walls were also too thin, I could hear talking tenants on both sides of my room.

"Room was clean besides the floors. Breakfast was average.. bed was comfortable and water pressure was good. Overall this"

Location to Newport

Floors in the room were dirty… socks were black from just walking from bathroom to main room to get shoes.

Good location

Air conditioner was very loud every time it cycled on and off in addition, smoke alarm started blinking red over my head all night long. Noise from parking lot as well. Not a good night sleep.
