"Would get an extra star if they cleaned better and got new linens"

The location

The smell was musty and nasty. The bedding was not clean! The rooms were definitely not clean, nasty dust everywhere. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way. My mom fell down two steps and the lady who was doing the breakfast in the morning yelled at us and said no running. I told her my mother fell and she gave me a nasty look. We will never go back.
