Sleep Inn Beaufort near MCAS

Location

Bed bugs in two separate rooms. We asked for another room because of the bugs and the extremely bad mildew and mold smell. The room felt damp. The second room was the same result. We asked for a refund and as we were leaving the front desk employee said "honestly, our housekeepers aren't very good and half don't even speak English ". The same employee shared a bedbugs story with us in which she said she had to burn her own furniture.

The staff member were very kind and nuce

The room was dirty, shower was not complete clean, my bed comfort has cigarette burns and yellow stains, the room smells like humidity.

room - st8inky. they smoked in it and could not get another room. hallways smelled like weed

Only issue was that we found bedbugs in room but staff went above and beyond to remedy the situation in a timely manner. Things like this cany be avoided.

Air barely cooled room, bathrooms extremely small, hallways hot. Needs upgrades. Carpet looks like original carpet.
