Emeline

I’ve had my eyes on this hotel as potential place to stay in Charleston for so long. I finally made the trip back in October and was able to stay here. First of all, the location was so perfect - reasonable walking places to almost everything downtown. We had dinner at their onsite restaurant Frannie & The Foxx which also lived up to all the hype. Our room was so clean and filled with everything we needed (my friend and I even joked about how many things we forgot, but thankfully they had for us). The front desk was so welcoming as we checked in and checked out. The hotel manager (Rachael) treated us to a complimentary welcome drink and even checked in with us later to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Oh, there’s also a coffee shop downstairs in the lobby area that was so good and convenient. Clearly very happy with our stay and would 10000% recommend this place to literally everyone.

Emeline was such a beautiful hotel with so much character. We were in the perfect spot for the convience of getting our baby back for a nap but still being able to enjoy the city. The room was perfect the bed and pillows were so comfortable. They even have a record player in the room, such a cute touch. The general manager Rachael Foxx went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect and it absolutely was! She even had a bottle of champagne waiting for us for our 5th anniversary 🤗 The restaurant was amazing the food was delicious! The entire staff was so friendly, the bartenders even made sure our baby had her milk and warmed it every night. We will be back!!

Me and my husband loved absolutely everything of this hotel; the location, the room, the atmosphere/interior design of the hotel in general as well as the restaurant/bar. Covy was how helped us on the front desk and she was super helpful, friendly and polite. We talked to her a few times and she provided a few good recommendations. I'd go back to this hotel in a heartbeat!

Room very small

The Emeline as always was wonderful ! We come here often and it does not disappoint. A special shout out to the Valet service. Jesse and Mark were phenomenal with their friendly attitude. Both went out of their way to help us make transportation accommodations for my husband who has a bad hip and was not walking well. The only downside to this trip is the lack of servers in the restaurant and bar area. It was a busy time, but the services were way understaffed.

Our room was Amazing, clean, the amenities are great great place to walk around and great location! And Mark the valet was very attentive and took care of us..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great food recommendations from the hotel
