Dining at Chalet Ivy was a truly special experience. If you are a fan of fine dining, you will 100% want to come and enjoy the curated breakfast and dinner menu. "Excellant Stay"

Everything was perfect. The room was huge & the in-room onsen was a treat. The staff were polite & helpful, and the food was excellent.

There wasn't much to see & do in the summer in Jozankei and the little town was quite run down. We needed to drive quite far away to other more interesting spots.

Absolutely AMAZING experience!!! The Japanese-style room with tatami is spacious and super clean!!! My kids love the hot spring in the room!! Not to mention the view is awesome! LOVE the breakfast and dinner provided by the hotel which are included in the room fee. So far that is most delicious Japanese food I have ever had. All hotel staff we met were super friendly!! We felt touched that they remember all our preferences! Feels like we are at home!!
