We were greeted in a friendly manner. It went downhill from there. Loud HVAC noises, like a train, made sleeping difficult. A mattress topper for the pullout never made it to the room and the pullout was not comfortable. The male staff were not completely rude but definitely indifferent. The one messed up our transport reservations twice. We also had a missing item in our room after a „room refresh“. The staff said „sorry“ and that they would look around for it. Not found. Breakfast was as expected with the tv set to liberal politics. The male attendant wiped everything - including the food items like syrup bottles, waffle irons, and serving spoons - down with the same rag without rinsing or cleaning it. The shuttle was convenient but very dirty with old masks, tissue, bottles etc. There is a ton of potential but I wouldn’t stay here again by choice.
