The rooms and hallways smelled musty. The air conditioner released water on the carpet and it was soaked. The room was very humid and everything was covered in dampness.

When I made my reservation no one told me about the $5.00 a day parking fee. Which I think should be included in the price of the room. I go to other hotels they don't charge to park in their parking lot.

"Poor experience"

The door to the room wouldn't close unless you pushed very hard on it. Since all hotel doors close on their own, I didn't realize it hadn't closed for about 15 minutes after arrival. This is a safety issue, especially for women traveling solo. I mentioned to the front desk on Monday and as of the day I checked out, Thursday, it had not been fixed. On the second day, my room got 1/2 way cleaned. Cups were taken away but bed not made and a towel I had on floor not removed. Like someone was in there, cleaned a little, got called away and then forgot to return. Strange.
