Room smells bad; not the cleanest

The staff was exceptionally nice, especially Venus! She was so polite and helpful.

Paying for parking and bfast was expensive for what it was

The staff was friendly, the location was nice and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows I slept good.

The fact that there was no hot water at first. But that did get resolved ASAP. The restaurant was very expensive and the food wasn't to my liking at all. It was one waitress and she was friendly but when other guests came in she had to attend to them as well so when we got our food it was not hot. There were some loud guests in the hallway just talking loud for a long while. And it sucked that it didn't have a microwave in the room. Just one in the lobby. That was very inconvenient.

The staff was wonderful. The hotel and room were clean but I would suggest cleaning the bathroom room shower floor with comet some type of bleach cleaner with some scrubbing. The bed was too firm for me. Overall, I enjoyed the hotel very much.

The bed was too firm for me, and the vent in the bathroom I could hear someone singing loudly. Because I was there for a church conference it was okay because whoever it was was also going to the convention center. I can tell by the singing.

Really enjoyed my stay room was clean and nice. Stephanie, Mike, Ivy, Page, and Christine all made the restaurant and bar fun and enjoyable. There were issues on Monday but still had a great time staying at the hotel. Look forward to coming back next November.

Ivy made my first time in Virginia so welcoming. Super friendly and compassionate, really went the extra mile addressing all my questions. This ia exactly thw type of person all Doubletree lobby need to greet and assist customers. Really felt loke she cared about my happiness. Asset to your company!
