"Chaos"

Rooms are worn and dirty. Our bathroom door doesn’t even close, and when I mentioned that to the front desk the response leads me to believe that none of the bathrooms have doors that close. Restaurant is a disaster. Bartender kept yelling at people, saying they were understaffed and didn’t have time to serve drinks “for at least 45 minutes.” Hotel is completely full for a weekend event and there may be five people working at this hotel. Definitely not staying here again.

"Happy Holiday Stay!"

My partner and I checked in around 5pm with Ivy and she was incredible! She was able to fully explain the check in and check out process. She also was able to help up figure out the parking pass and proper parking spots. She was very attentive and very friendly! Our experience was made better by Ivy!

I wasn't able to make it due to the government shutdown and I asked for you to cancel it, but you'll refused so I couldn't come.I lost money because of the government shutdown.I called , I text , I emailed , but you still want allow me to get out of it

"Great but Restless!"

Everything was fabulous, I just didn’t like the bed in our room 1233 was so low that me and my husband woke up the next day with backaches. We were there for The Fabian Wedding
