La limpieza del hotel

Realizaron cobro extra por el parqueo y en la publicidad que ofrecen en booking la reserva incluía desayuno,al momento de desayunar no enteramos de que el desayuno tenía un costo extra y en un momento pensamos que leímos mal sobre el desayuno sin embargo momentos más tarde otros huéspedes bajaron a desayunar y recibieron la misma noticia que nosotros que debían pagar aparte por el desayuno que acaso esto es una publicidad engañosa

Checked in and went to bathroom to wash our hands and water was not draining, booked 2 rooms and one of them had no hot water and when checking out door wouldn’t closed. Hallway carpet very dirty and parking lot was not well lit.

It was very pet friendly. The room and common areas were clean, and the restaurant was top notch

The music was thumping until 11:08pm. And it was very loud in spite of us being on the 11th floor. After the club stopped, the guests went to their rooms and forgot how to just talk. Everyone was screaming and yelling. The pool was murky and filling with children running and leaping into the water, and giving each other the finger.

Liked the spacious room and comfy bed.

Didn't like the fact I could everything in the hallway.

Clean room. Friendly/helpful staff

Turn-down service not regular. May have been partly our fault.

The staff! Friendly, patient, thorough.

Paid parking. Not expensive, but wish it could have been processed before we arrived.
