"Lets just say dont complain because they say they cant issue a refund because things happen."

The bed was comfortable! The ambience was nice! And location of hotel was great for what we needed it for.

Alot! When I walked into the bathroom there was hair on the floor, not to mention little bugs that I believe are call silver fish bug crawling around on the floor. There was dryed blood on one of the pillow cases that I never noticed until check out. Oh lets mention the rude awaking at 120 Am of 10 police from sherrifs coming and pounding on the door next to us looking for a guy that had a warrant, then after all that, the family that were staying in the next two rooms of this guy continued to stand in the hall till 300Am fighting and arguing.

Staff provided excellent service, good breakfast, coffee tea and water 24 hours, and the facility seems clean

Exercise machine should be working they feel that they are broken and it doesn't look like no one is fixing or cleaning them. 24 hours pool access, shampoo carpet especially keeping up with the first floor, and please make sure the bedsheets are clean, the room I was in they were dirty and stained. I ended up buying sheets because I wasn't sure if another set of sheets would be the same:(
