Not super clean, room okay but common areas pretty lacking and run down

clean, good beda and linen, refrigerator, tub with drain plug that actually worked

the sound from the unit next door was very intrusive, we could hear almost every word of a long phone call on speaker phone, and then they turned the TV on until 2 am and again could almost follow the talk show that was on as it was so loud in our room Could also hear every noise in the hallway and people walking back and forth on the unit above us

The location was in a slightly run down area. The hotel appears to be home to some people, who spent time sitting at the entrance. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was polite. Breakfast had choices and was adequate for the level of hotel.

The environment was just a tad odd. The people who appeared to be residents just stared at us as we went in and out. It was somewhat uncomfortable.

Barking dogs. Broken elevator. Door to my room was not locked. Didn't feel safe.

Pleasant staff, excellent customer service, we felt secure and safe, parking space, the location, Room size, having coffee available, hot tub and pool

Bedsheets were visibly dirty and with a sweaty smell I ended up going to the store to buy new sheets because we're staying for three days. Also it would have been good if pool area is open 24 hours like other places, and the bicycle and walking machines in the GYM were not working and broken which can cause a person to get an accident, please fix them or do not offer them.

Your staff member Jessica was nice, but failed to get the reservation cancelled at check-in when we learned the pool and Hot tub were broken for our grand children's pool Christmas party we planned on.

Pool broken and reservation yesterday not cancelled, forcings me to file a claim with the insurance, which is a bit of bullshit

I liked the location and that it was next to Safeway. The beds were comfortable and the television had decent channels. I was happy that there was an elevator.

The bathtub had hair in it so I questioned the cleanliness. There was shampoo, but no conditioner. It was no big deal because I brought my own. The towels were on the small side for a bath towel. Also, it took a while to heat up the room. I actually had to crank up the heat more in the morning because I was cold.
