It was disappointing

I booked the place because on their advert on booking.com they showed that breakfast is included in the room rate. To my surprise they redused to prepare breakfast for us saying it must be paid separately.

Too good ever thing was supper

The welcoming and service was excellent, the place was easy to locate, they also had provisions for load shedding which I found to be very thoughtful of them. The rooms where also in good conditions they were clean and so were the bathroom.

My family so enjoyed staying at the guesthouse, the service you get is more than what you pay for. So enjoyed breakfast and friendliness of the staff. The room was so neat and clean, the whole place was just fantastic.

Unsatisfactory with what was advertised because I expected to be served with breakfast according to quote and advert only to find out it was not inclusive. Therefore even when I lodge my complain I was totally ignored. The wifi and DSTV facilities were not provided. No refrigerator in our room, also used 1 bedding for our entire stay there.

The room that i booked and paid fot was given to another guest. The person on duty literally swipped the clients card in my presence. My booking confirmation had been printed prior to my arrival, he had already processed the paperwork so he was most certainly aware that the room was booked. The pictures shown for this establishment are of the house next door as well. What a terrible experience😡😡😡

There no power on the first night due to unfortunate circumstances, but the place was ok..

Room was not clean,hair on the floor when i checked in. No variety on the breakfast, was saved on something i don't eat. Breakfast is saved very late, i missed breakfast for 2 days because i had to attend appointment at 8am.
