Não gostei que o hotel estava em reforma e fechado, não fui avisada, fiquei parada na porta por duas horas, acionei o Booking que ficou de me dar retorno em 45 minutos e até hoje ainda não deu. Alerto que o hotel foi pago no ato da reserva. Precisei encontrar outro local para ficar, a reserva havia sido feita meses antes, daria tempo da plataforma verificar e avisar.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room, comfortable bed and the evening was tasty and reasonably priced.

Nothing.

There was no breakfast available. It was basically a noisy pub. The bedside lights didn't work and there was nowhere to plug in my phone unless I unplugged the kettle. There was a burn on the carpet where someone has put the iron.
