Standard Apartment by Hi5 - Régiposta

The apartment was clean, cozy, as in the description photos (just a little smaller than I thought, but it suits well for our needs). We did not had bed sheets for the extra bed (the couch), but I send a message to the owner on booking and responded in a few minutes and the issue was fixed and he provided us. Great communication. They even have some youtube videos to guide you how to open the front building door and how to retrieve the keys from a door locker, really nice! I recommend this place. ++

The bathroom door was a pain to use it, the sliding door was not easy to slide when trying to open or close it. If you are more than 2 persons in this apartment, make sure that you are very close with the other persons, because when someone is in the bathroom, the others can hear anything. The blurry glass sliding door does not do much for your intimacy in the bathroom, and the bathroom is also very small. We had no major issue regarding this, just to consider this. We were 4 people from family and we had a great time staying here. The wall painting above the bed was not really secure fixed on the wall and it felt down :sweetsmile:. We put it down until we left and place it back in order to not fall down when we are sleeping. No major complaints, you can definitely book this place.

My assessment staff. Staff communicated only at check-in. I repeatedly asked for a baby crib for a two year old child, I wrote to you through the Booking page, directly in communication with the apartment staff, and then also through Whatsup. After arriving at the apartment, I discovered that there was no baby crib for the child. I repeatedly wrote to the staff that the baby crib was not in the room, but no one wrote back, no one communicated and did not bring the cot. That is, staff services at a bad level, next time I will definitely find another apartment.

The location is honestly amazing, in the middle of one of Budapest's centres and walking distance to basically everything. Especially for this price, it was a great deal. The room itself it also spacious and had good facilities.

It's at the top floor but luckily there was an elevator. The first night, our AC didn't work and it was extremely hot, but after messaging the staff it got fixed the next day. However, communication regarding the time of fixing etc could have been better. Also, even after fixing, the AC was leaking after being on for a while (luckily, it still worked).
