Il cliente non viene seguito da NESSUNO, segnalato disservizio all'aria condizionata siamo stati completamente abbandonati, la struttura ha detto che avrebbe mandato la manutenzione dopodiché non ha più risposto ai messaggi per due giorni e non é passato nessuno. Per di più hanno avuto il coraggio di dire a booking che non era vero che avessi segnalato il disservizio e negato le mancate risposte, per fortuna che ho conservato gli screen e sono riuscito a dimostrare il contrario. Qui automatico é sinonimo di abbandono, aria condizionata che soffiava a 16gradi fissi senza possibilità di gestirla perché il termostato era rotto e nessuno si é preoccupato di aiutarci.

Air conditioner was not working. I could not find the controller. And the Bot chat couldn’t help neither was I transferred to human agent. I had to check out early because of this
