Tutto perfetto. Un grande hotel a tutti gli effetti.

Forse unica cosa mancante, gli accessori bagno come spazzolino, lamette, cuffiette doccia ecc ecc non obbligatorie in un 4 stelle ma apprezzabili.

We loved the whole experience especially the view from our room.. Room was spacious and very comfortable and very clean 👌 The staff at the front desk were very caring and welcoming, always ready to help when needed. We would also like to mention Ellie in Tang Choa Lou restaurant she was absolutely amazing and very attentive. Food was great 👍 We had an amazing stay here and would love to come back again soon. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and cannot thank the team enough for their kindness and outstanding hospitality. What impressed us the most was the exceptional service from the front desk staff. They were incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. We encountered an issue that was not related to the hotel at all, yet they went above and beyond to assist us. They took the time to help resolve the problem and continued communicating with us even after we had returned to our home country, following up until everything was completely sorted out. The hotel itself was spotless, the location was absolutely perfect, and every member of the staff treated us with genuine warmth and respect throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Seoul. It is truly outstanding in every way, and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for making our trip so memorable. ✨
