Overall it’s a good hotel with some major caveats. Going to Korea where sauna culture is a big draw the sauna at the hotel was a major favor in booking. Lots of similar priced hotels have saunas. However we learned upon check in that the sauna was closed for repairs. A local friend said that it’s been closed for many months. It’s misleading that they don’t tell customers about this missing amenity until you arrive. We would have chosen a different hotel for a similar price.

Loved the room, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and smelt nice.

The location was a little difficult and resulted in requesting taxi to get to and from places. Closest train station was roughly 10-17mins walk. The room was nice but some areas the wallpaper was peeling off.
