Las instalaciones. Todas las habitaciones tienen vista a la alberca y están muy bien iluminadas. La alberca muy bien. La comida bien, solo no pidan hotcackes porque les salieron crudos. El personal muy amable. La ubicación excelente.

En general todo me gustó.

Location. A/C

WiFi not working in the room, not even by reception. No hot water for a good shower. They charge for ice. Uncomfortable pillows. Ultra basic. I asked several times to stop cleaning my room every day, they just want tips. It's all about monetizing every second of your stay. Poor taste.

"Good option to stay in the Huatulco center."

Very polite and supportive staff. The rooms were always clean and we liked the layout of the hotel with the pool in the center as a social area. Nearby supermarket made grocery shopping easy.
