Piscina llena en hora punta

Meine Tochter (12) und ich waren 9 Nächte dort und die Lage war einfach perfekt. Egal ob Strand, Supermarkt oder Innenstadt. Alles war in laufbarer Entfernung. Der Pool und die Anlage waren so angenehm gestaltet, dass man auch mal einen ganzen Tag dort verbringen konnte. Frühstück war sogar bis 14Uhr möglich, perfekt für Langschläfer wie uns.

Für meine Tochter war das Kissen zu hart. Ansonsten waren wir super zufrieden.

I had called the hotel to let them know I wouldn’t be checking in at the said time and the receptionist was very kind and said since we’re communicating we wouldn’t have to worry and the room will be there. Upon arrival she was the receptionist that worked the afternoon/night shift was very kind and loved her. She even recommended taking cabs and informed me they take you to the local beaches and the “Centro” (la Crucecita) for 40 pesos. The pool is kid friendly and with large families there too. You can definitely feel the family lovely environment. They would clean the rooms daily and brought new towels and staff was very kind. My waitress was also an absolute pleasure she even remembered my partner's order and mine which made the stay even better. Once again huge shoutout to the lady receptionist from the mid-day shift! And the waitress!!

Es un lugar limpio cuenta con estacionamiento, alberca limpia las habitaciones son comodas, solo le hiso falta un frigobar.

Falla internet, habitacion con olor a humedad, buffet limitado

La ubicación

Algunos del personal, (recepción) tuvo una actitud despota. Surgió por el tema del reglamento, el cual no nos facilitaron hasta que se lo pedi. Y esto derivado a que recibí mensajes y llamadas con diversas observaciones de nuestra estancia. Había cucarachas, y en uno de nuestros días, la habitación olía a que no lavaron bien el trapeador. La alberca solo esta permitida hasta las 9, no dejan comer en la habitación, etc.

La alberca es de buen tamaño.

La habitacion ni cuenta con telefono, para havlar a recepcion usamos nuestro celular, y el persona (uj cjoco que esta por las mañanas)l no brinda buena atención, pedimos apoyo con la caja fuerte y nos dijo que no están configuradas qué necesitan una llave, le pedimos que si nos enviaba la llave y dijo que nosotros teníamos que ir por ella, quedo de pasarnos información de tours y recorridos y nunca la envió.
