Telheiras Comfortable Stay Apartment

Spacious apartment with great location. Provides all the amenities. Comfortable beds.

Has only one complete bathroom with shower. The full bathroom smells like sewage from the pipes. The kitchen equipment was not properly clean. We forgot some clothes hanging in the line inside the house, and the cleaning crew "never found them".

The apartment is massive, very nice and well maintained. We were looking for a place near Sporting Portugal’s football stadium. In that sense, it was the perfect location.

When did hosts in the Iberian peninsula become so stingy on check-in and check-out times? I learned the locations of all « cacifos » in Lisbon simply because we arrived slight earlier than check-in time and were departing slightly later than checkout time. Were we supposed to book 2 additional nights because of this? The experience with this host would benefit immensely from providing guests with somewhere close by to leave their luggage.

the hotel host Ms Lucia was very nice & helpful. Also the staff named Alice working in Swikly was very nice & helpful.

Swikly had mistakenly charged me the security deposit for breaking the washing machine which wasn't damaged by me. I was worried & panic, finally Lucia & Alice had helped me out. Many thanks to them.

Construction in the flat above us and some cockroaches in the kitchen

Location was excellent. Right next to Sporting Lisbon and close to most places.

The kitchen hob was not working for 2 days and we were left with no options for cooking. After continued follow up they did replace it on the 3rd day. The main door always had a jam while opening. The stench from the bathroom was very unpleasant.

The apartment was clean, and the beds were comfortable. There's a metro station close by, so travel was easy.

We didn't like the sewage smell in the bathroom and the cockroaches we saw in the apartment. As well the noise from a very loud construction in the apartment above during the day.
