Telheiras Comfortable Stay Apartment

The place was very spacious and comfortable. It was convenient to maybe of our activities and two blocks from the Metro for traveling into the historic center of town.

The apartment has an odor coming from the main restroom. We found it helpful to keep the bathroom fan on and the door closed in order to draw air toward the room.

With 2 bathrooms make our stay convenient.

Very close to football stadium and good parking close by . Also liked the laundering facilities. Also the kitchen was well equipped.

Found only having one shower between 6 adults difficult at times although the 2 toilets were good

The key handover was a bit chaotic.

The location of the property was good. It was close to shopping and the train station.

The property itself was not cleaned on arrival. The communicated repeated with staff over 11 days and the finally sent someone on the last day. The freezer was still dirty. The plates were dirty, the shelves were unsecured and fell. It could have hurt my sons. The tub leaked profusely, and the toilet had a sewer smell from arrival. The service and facility was unacceptable

Very large and nice apartment. The location is also good. Conditioners are in all rooms. There is washing machine 👍. Really worth for money.

There is no self check in. We waited two hours for the host to come and open the door. The guy was although very nice 😊.

Just that apartment was big in size.

1. Once you check-in, the support during your entire stay is pathetic.We tried to contact the property to report few issues and they didn't bother to respond on calls or even on WhatsApp. 2. A few of the stuff in the apartment were either too old or broken like curtain rods, bath tub...etc. I have never seen an apartment or hotel where you have zero support after you check-in. Sorry to say, we had the worst customer support duri63ntire stay.
