Convenient, reasonable rates in a prime area in San Juan.

Could use a little bit of TLC in some areas but that's okay. Overall good stay.

"The location of the hotel was great but the bathroom and cleaning is in need of improvement."

The Hotel was near the area I wanted to be close to.

The bathroom (SHOWER had a lot of mold in the shower and around the shower head. The TOILET seat was broken. Unwanted SEWAGE smell coming from the bathroom.) The bath towel was old and looked dirty. I went out and bought my own towels.)

Staff were all knowledgeable of their work and goes beyond their duties. We were treated with tender loving care. 10 stars for: Sir OJ, Ma'am Vanessa, Ren, Marjho and Shaun. Amazing team indeed. Thank you very much. See you soon.
