Staff at the front desk are really kind and helpful. I was even upgraded a room and I was able to have an early check-in too. The accomodation itself is well presented, my room was very spacious with a great view window too.

We like the location it’s convenient to a lot of stuff

The first room we were checked in was filthy floor, stinky and no towels/ wash cloths and soap available. They didn’t provide any water, extra toilet paper when the one hanging was almost out.

Buffet breakfast was okay, not much choices but hearty enough to fill one up for the day. Hotel was just 2 blocks away from the newly renovated Greenhills mall. Staff were polite. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. TV remote battery died. Phoned front desk for replacement but I had to call again the next morning before it was replaced. No TV overnight, very limited channels btw. Only local channels and CNN. No Netflix and YouTube. The water pressure was really really weak, taking a shower was a challenge.Also, the toilet bowl was filthy inside and gave off bad smell.

Super clean and spacious room. The staff were so friendly and accommodating.

The aircon in our room (1216) was a bit noisy. Also, the smell from the bathroom was not so nice. You smell it as soon as you enter the door. Thankfully, it didn't permeate the entire room.
