The room is cleaned and nice with city view

The pool, lots of alagae and no staff or guards in the pool area

The room smelt bad but i did not complain coz it's already 1am when i checked in. I just slept with my nose covered and checked out the next day. I lost one night and one breakfast.

The staff were warm and accommodating. The room was clean, and toiletries and other essentials were replenished regularly, which added to the comfort and convenience.

There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom that persisted during the stay.

I stayed at this hotel before in 2019 and had a much better experience back then. Unfortunately, my recent stay was quite disappointing. Dinner was terrible. I ordered the noodles and specifically requested it to be less salty, but it was served extremely salty. When I gave feedback to the waiter, he only smiled and did nothing to resolve the issue, which felt unprofessional. The facilities have also gone downhill since my last visit. The lift was shaking and felt unsafe, and the bathroom water pressure was very low, making showers uncomfortable. It’s unfortunate to see the hotel’s quality drop so much since 2019. I really hope management takes these issues seriously and works on improving food quality, staff training, and maintenance.
