사진보단 시설이 좀 오래된 듯 합니다. 4인 가족이 생활하기에 나쁘지 않았습니다. 중심가와도 걸어서 10~15분이면 충분히 도달할 수 있어요

운영진과 소통하기에는 문제가 좀 있습니다. 피드백이 없어요. 화장실 세면대가 물이 잘 안 빠집니다. 전체적으로 실내가 어두워요. 특히 주방 조명이 어둡습니다. 주차는 P3라서 주변 빈 곳을 알아서 찾아서 주차를 해야 합니다.

Very clean, comfortable, and quiet, with an excellent location. The only small downside was that there wasn’t a washing machine, but everything else was perfect and we had a great stay.

The bedrooms and living room areas met our expectations. The sofa bed was comfortable for two teenagers. There was coffee in one of the apartments but not in the other so I don't think that is standard- though it would be a nice addition. The location is great, close to restaurants and shops. I highly recommend the Posthaus Food Hall.

The second time we stayed we were given a code to the wrong apartment. It was extremely difficult to reach the manager as they do not answer the office phone or respond to emails after 4pm. After at least 10 calls to the after-hours number someone answered and gave us a code to the correct apartment. It took about an hour and was very stressful. No accommodation was made for our inconvenience and stress.

Ubicación excelente en el centro histórico de Reikiavik. Tranquilo y a un paso de monumentos, calles comerciales y supermercado. Limpio y moderno.
