"Ottimo appartamento nel quale soggiornare"

Appartamento moderno, molto curato, in centro. Al primo piano con scala di accesso. Finestre grandi. Fornito di tutto quanto può servire

Iniziale difficoltà a contattare l'host forse perché prenotato poco ore prima dell'arrivo. Sono riuscita comunque ad avere il codice di accesso ed è andato tutto bene

"Chauffage en panne, Hôte inexistant"

L'emplacement, la propreté et l'ambiance de l'appartement. Conforme aux photos.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avions froid dans la cuisine/salon et la salle de bain. Le chauffage de l'appartement ne marchait pas : un message ERR apparaissait sur les commandes du chauffage. Malgré nos messages, l'hôte n'a pas répondu. Booking est intervenu à 2 reprises pour joindre l'hôte qui a finalement envoyé un message le 3ème jour pour conseiller d'augmenter la consigne de la température sur les commandes ce qui était impossible et malgré son engagement, ne s'est pas déplacé pour régler le problème. Nous avons quitté l'appartement le 5ème jour sans résolution de notre problème en ayant eu froid tout notre séjour.

Great location, free parking near by, comfy beds, nice lounge

Bunk beds in a 'cupboard' off bedroom. Not that well equipped ie itemw to wash / scrub dishes. Bathroom small. No basic items like salt / pepper / oil - just very functional.

Great location to shops and restaurants. Place was clean and well stocked kitchen and beds were comfortable. Quiet area easy to walk around tourist area.

No streaming services or free to air tv available. Would be good to be able to watch tv.

"Bel appartement très bien situé"

Très bel appartement, spacieux. Très bon emplacement dans Reykjavik. Consignes d'arrivée très claires.

La vaiselle était rangée trempée dans le placard. Le lave vaisselle et le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnent plus.
