didn't have the breakfast

there was some door locks being changed that caused a bit of an issue when we got back to room. Had to go to the front desk a few times. Also, queen beds are a bit small for us, so King would have been a bit better. I also think for safety cameras in hallways would be a nice addition.

The kitchen and the bedding were good

My room was not cleaned till I left and the rug had a bad odor that was suffocating.

Staff was slow & preoccupied. Had to wait for service & check in. Mattress was too firm & not comfortable.

Parking was great and available.

Staff was not friendly. Very rude. Need to work on customer service. They acted like they did a favor for me for allowing me to pay to stay.
