Breakfast was fine, proximity to beach, playground for small children,air conditioning in all sleeping rooms, towels and sheets good and clean.

The room we initially booked was very small, for a family with two children. We were allowed to switch to a bigger one with extra cost, but the apartment was not clean at all: the cupboards were dirty, the floor, and kitchen utensils. At one wall in the sleeping room there was beginning mold. The pan had white mold spots and wasn't usable anymore. But the worst was the bathroom, there was visible mold and it hasn't been cleaned properly. I understand this is a humid environment, also close to beach, but cleaning regularly and this visible spots, should be done. When we asked it to be cleaned it was still there, and at the second time we asked they agreed this needs a deep clean. So we were given another apartment, there it was clean but same problem in the bathroom, even worse. It took long for them to tell us what the solution could be, I had to proactively approach them several times for possible solutions, but I expect this should be done by them. We would have preferred to leave earlier or have the bathroom fixed. Finally they told us we would get money back for the last day if we want to leave earlier, no discount. I don't find this a reasonable settlement, it was in their fault, mold is very bad for the health! And the high price compared to other options is not in line with what you get.

A localização é ótima e o café da manhã excelente, com funcionários extremamente simpáticos e prestativos. As roupas de cama são boas.

Os quartos são bem antigos e poderiam ser mais limpos. Não há guarda-sol disponível para os hóspedes, apenas cadeiras de praia. O hotel não nos informou que tem um restaurante terceirizado dentro do hotel, chegamos com duas crianças, embaixo de chuva e tivemos que sair de carro para comer, sendo que podíamos ter ficado ali mesmo. Falando em chuva, para chegar nos quartos não tem área coberta e não há um guarda chuva/sol disponível para os hóspedes para chegar até o quarto, então é preciso pegar chuva.

A localização e o café da amanhã estavam excelentes. A equipe é educada e atenciosa. A limpeza do quarto foram satisfatórias.
