Village Paraiso Hotel

Hotel estava muito cheio e os hóspedes não usavam máscara dentro das dependências do hotel. Os quadros são pequenos e de frente para outro quarto quase que porta comporta o que limita a intimidade. A localização e os atendentes são maravilhosos, mas infelizmente a situação da pandemia e com o aumento de casos na segunda onda e esgotamento do serviço hospitalar fomos obrigados a antecipar o voo e interromper a viagem... Ficamos uma noite apenas no hotel das quatro que iríamos fazer para encerrar uma viagem de 20 dias... Ficamos muito tristes! Mas queremos retornar em tempos normais para mudar essa sensação...

This is a hotel that looks like a small apartment complex. The room has a living room, kitchen (with refrigerator, cooker and sink), bedroom and restroom. One of the air conditioning in the bedroom was old and noisy, the another one from other bedroom was newer but broken. Also the 2 overnight stay I could not sleep at due annoying stilt legged fly. The location is perfect - front of the beach, center of canasvieiras with lots of shops, restaurants and supermarket. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good it has a good variety: break, ham, cheese, fruits, egg, sausage, yogurt, etc - but it was found some small ants in the table. Despite some problems mentioned here this a good hotel although I would not return due stilt legged fly.

Just got back from a week at this hotel with my wife and two children. This is a fantastic hotel in pretty much every respect. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The location is perfect - right in the centre of Canasvieiras and facing onto the beach with direct access from the hotel. On the other side is the main tourist street with lots of shops and restaurants with a decent supermarket almost opposite the hotel. The hotel has free parking and the wi-fi was reliable and fast. The in room LCD TV had loads of channels. The rooms are large and comfortable and ours had air conditioning and a fan. There is also a small cooking area in the room which was very useful if nothing else for the fridge to keep a few cold drinks. The swimming pool / bar area is very good and the pool was very nice and never too busy. There is an excellent playground for the children (if you can get them out of the pool and away from the beach !) There is also an indoor playroom and TV lounge as well as a facility for those who are leaving late in the day to store belongings and have a shower. The beach is excellent - busy but not too busy with a very relaxed and safe feel. The breakfast is very good and there was plenty of choice and the evening buffet was very good value if you choose to eat in the hotel. Our children both have food allergies and the chef was very helpful in ensuring there was a choice available for them every night. Overall a fantastic hotel in a great location and I would happily recommend it to anyone.
