The property owner was super friendly. The apartment was neat and excellent

I couldn't watch the TV throughout my stay because the Netflix password wasn't working, propr staff promised to come and do manual sign in, but that never happened

It’s situated on a decent part of the mountain, safe neighbourhood with great view. Internet was great and the apartment was fully equipped with everything that one would need to clean, cook and relax. The staff also kept in contact when necessary.

1. I struggled to find the bins outside, the mat was dirty in the bedroom. 2. Parking was also a challenge as there was no instruction or mini map that tells one where the parking bays were specifically for 3A. I think lot of emphasis need to be put on cleaning from the balcony to the inside and that will make the place one to visit again

Facilities were great..everything you needed..

Dstv did not work.. The apartment was not very clean.

The ambience and every thing I need is available. I have issue with blender and a new one was purchase on a go, such a good gesture.

The pool was smaller compare to what I expected

front line staff was friendly good location

where shall I start! 1. first of all we had to wait 1hr at the reception until someone arrived to check us in. 2. coming up to the room, it had not been cleaned and prepared after the last guests (dirty, beds not done…)! 3. offering us that we could walk around until they would have the room ready (at 5:30 pm after flying in from europe not what you re looking forward to) 4. after around 2,5 hrs getting a text that they will not be able to fix the room in time and we have to movr in another appartment 5. getting to the initial appartment we had to wait another 30min until someone picked us up and brought to tje other appartment 6. although the new appartment was cheaper (invoice came by the invoice company) and we were promised to get a refund for that and the whole hassle we have not gotten anything despite multiple text messages (always getting an answer like „tomorrow feedback from the senior…“) frontline staff really did their best and were super sorry. however back-up from the back office obviously completely missing
