the location

communication with the host was terrible, things were broken and they took forever to respond and so did not fix them in good time

The place is nice and cozy. Perfect for us as we travelled with our baby. It's centrally located and easy to get around most places.

The carpets and duvet inners were dirty.

I loved the location

1. I only received the keys to check in at 5pm 2. The flat is on the 3rd floor and with load shedding we had to use the stairs every time. 3. No back up lighting in the apartment when load shedding. Blocked drains. I had to fix the shower drain. 4. Most disappointing is the parking area. I damaged my car so badly with the pillars. Snd scrappef the bottom of my car at the entrance gate i had to go fix my cars exuast. 5. The cleaning maid that came in had an attitude that stinks. She was upset because she had to clean and do her work. Dissapointing experience

The place was very beautiful and clean. We were also happy with the location as it was close to most places that we needed to visit.

When we arrived the the security couldn't let us in because there was host assigned to us and there were no keys left for us. I called the number that was on booking.com and we were told Susan will come to us. We waited for cl40 minutes to get inside. Susan finally came she had so much attitude,she was not even sorry that she came late. It's like she didn't want to assist us.We then asked the number of the host should we need something, she gave us a landline number. All I can say is we had a great time there, but your staff need a lot of training with regards customer service .The venue is too beautiful to have unprofessional people like her.
