"Beautiful hotel in serene Nairobi Arboretum. High quality amenities and serviceable staff."

During our stay the hotel double charged my bank card for a relatively insignificant bill of about 100 USD. The hotel admitted to no wrongdoing, and I spent several hours arguing with management to refund me the amount. In the end, the hotel subtracted the 100 USD from other services rendered, and insisted that their bank would release the double charge, which, of course, they did not. The management should have taken responsibility for their faulty terminals/staff that made the mistake, much quicker. I did not want to spend my short vacation arguing with them. Additionally, some of the staff members were much less pleasant towards us after this polite disagreement.

We went for our Easter weekend and we really had an good time.There were children friendly activities and food in their menu. This is a hotel that offers a children friendly environment.
