Radisson Blu Hotel & Residence Nairobi Arboretum

Excellent staff, never felt this well attended and taken care of. Special shout out to Milton - exceptional service!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel for two days between 22 and 24 April. The location was very convenient, my room was clean and comfortable and the service was amazing. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist. (John the driver and the other Johns and the two ladies at the reception). Their hospitality was incredible.

Nice working environment with good team of service providers

I felt out to explore Radisson arboretum, very friendly and excellent staffs I was treated with an hospitable service from the restaurant rooms and reception. Two room stewards who knew my preference along my stay Gideon and martin lot of appreciation to them .room was clean , kee up team definitely ill come back
