Mother's day brunch was so good. Wide variety of great tasting food. Activities to keep the children busy with minders watching them so mummy can relax. Fast service despite it being such a busy day. A 10/10 experience.

What an impeccable service from the Radisson Blu Hotel Nairobi Arboretum. A special shout out to Eric, Yvonne, Irene & Rachel at the front desk for always going an extra mile for us regardless of the nature of our requests. The speed at which they attended to room service propelled me to think they had a secret portal or were teleporting, somehow. Naphtali at the entrance, Gerald, made us feel like we had our designated security detail. Safine, Sally, Snaidah, Rose and Jolene made our dining experience memorable by treating us like we were the only clients. The consistency of the personnel was incredible. What an impressive customer experience!!!
