We love the room and the cafe downstairs. The staff are all accommodating.

It was homey and very cozy. We enjoyed our stay there

Breakfast was good and their tapa was yummy. They accommodated the request for earlier breakfast as well even if it was 4am or 5am.

Facilities were already old. Not the same as those shown in the picture. The seats had stains and the towels were very old. The walls also had markings that made it look more dirty. Another thing was the restroom; the shower handle was broken and they did not provide shampoo or conditioner either. The location is also quite far from the center. The staff was quite hard to talk to as well, had to wait 5-10 minutes for a receptionist to come attend to me. I also requested something to be brought up to the room but they didn't do anything. Overall was a very disappointing experience.
