Reception and restaurant staff was friendl. Food was great.

Room feels a bit cramped, it took time before they picked up the plates that was left outside our room. Stairs was easily accessible by anyone, safety concern.

It was a brief pit stop for an overnight stay after a hectic day. I opted for this hotel mainly due to its location and convenience, as I preferred not to embark on another 3-hour journey back home.

However, I wouldn't describe this hotel as convenient. The description mentions a private parking space for vehicles, but the reality is that the parking area is outdoors and open. Without a security guard, it leaves vehicles vulnerable to potential issues. Another discrepancy is the mention of a bar in the hotel description, whereas there is only a small café within the premises. The café tends to be occupied by students, making it difficult to find a seat in the evening. This situation led to the necessity of ordering drinks to the room rather than enjoying them in a communal space. Adding to the disappointments, the initial room we were assigned was infested with cockroaches. While the staff was kind enough to provide us with a different room, it raises concerns about the overall cleanliness standards of the hotel.

The location is along the main road which has easy access to PUV. Laundry shop and other mini stores are available in the neighborhood. They have a diner-cafe that is open 24/7, which serves your breakfast with option of dine in or room service. All staff are accommodating.

The room where we stayed has colony of black ants crossing the room floor area to-from the toilet and the windowsill...everyday. It has no extra power outlet for phone charging. No electic kettle should you need hot water anytime.
