Well there was someone gunned down ans killed in the parking lot here recently. The arae has streetwalkers coming in out of bushes and scoping vehicles. They put a do not rent on me and i literally have been living on there properties y months unfortunately. Ive given them a lot of money. I had an accidemt had to be hospitalized and have surgery. I booked my stay on expedia per usual and all was good. I leave hospital to go to my room where they refuse to let me check in. They say it was from an incident on one of there properties which ive never had any issues at any of them except one. And the management was outside deinking and druging and acting very crazy. And i reported this. So if this js the incident extended stay u will be hearing from an attorney

Manager will make up anything to charge you a fee. Lost $250 to a cleaning fee for an “odor” even though it’s listed nowhere in the terms and agreements that they can fine for it. Obviously a poorly ran facility that will become Motel 6 quality sooner than later. Lots of better options like Woodspring Suites that is literally one step better in every way.

It was dirty. Mildew in shower. Black mold on the wall and ceiling. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work. Excessive noise in parking lot all night.

Convenient to local area, full frig in room and overall decent room. Would have liked coffee in the room but they do have grab and go breakfast every morning which includes coffee.

Hotel was comfortable, and everything is within walking distance.
