Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Tampa - Gibsonton - Riverview

Stayed at the property and had an emergency to leave early. Expedia was notified and I tried to get a refund for ONE night at the property because I had to leave. They declined. I will not stay a that property again.

The room was still dirty. There was beer caps still under the bed.

Room and facility can use a better cleaning service.

I have never stayed in a kitchenette room that you had to ask for everything down to a styrofoam cup and anything else that is normally in the room when you arrive soap shampoo coffee pot nothing was in room at all

It was close to the convention center where we needed to be. It was quite and peaceful and I felt comfortable and safe at all times

I wish I would have realized when booking they had no pool, that was my fault for not paying attention. The grab and go breakfast was horrible

I loved it!!! Bed was very comfortable, room was clean and I was fascinated with the kitchenette!!! Wonderful area right off the Interstate, Walmart around the corner, very convenient. Excellent customer service. Checking in and out went very smoothly. Thank you!
