Very clean

Great location in Oak Bluffs.

I liked it was updated but it was too tight in the rooms for the price air was not cold enough had to let the windows up

Safe, clean, and cozy room. Great location, close to shopping stores, restaurants, beach. We enjoyed our stay!

Pros, location is perfect if you are only staying overnight and you are a couple or alone. Rooms are clean and sparse Cons: You only interact with the house keeping lady if you are lucky. Noisy because you are next to a restaurant and grocery store. Rooms do not have cups or any way to make a drink. You have to go to the lobby. Be careful of the stairs they are dangerously steep. Sitting on the bed to watch TV as there are no chairs in the room we had. We enjoyed our time in Oak Bluff as it’s surrounded by everything you need but I would not recommend this hotel if you are a senior or if you are staying longer than a day and want to relax in your room.

The ac didn’t work and I had no one to call

The Morgan was ideally located-a stone's throw from all the attractions in Oak Bluffs, beautiful ocean view from our room.

Easy, comfortable, clean.

The room was nice, big comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom. Wonderful views of the ocean. Within walking distance to lots of places to eat, shop and the ocean. Not a lot was open due to it not being in season.But, the bus stop was very close by.

Hotel is nice, but if you want a place off season maybe go elsewhere. No one available at the desk, so when you have issues you are just hoping someone will get back to you via email. I booked Fri to Sun and separately booked Thurs to Fri and called numerous times and sent emails because I never received my mobile key for 3pm check in Fri. Finally at 545 I got the key and no apologies from anyone. Mobile key needs work it worked day 1 and that was it no physical key was left as promised because they again they forgot my second reservation Friday-Sunday. Rooms could use a little reconfiguring as the tv was up on a shelf and you could barely see it. If you can deal with the lack of communication and don’t mind dealing with the issues that arose then you’ll be good!
