Brookstone Fort Dodge

The staff was very friendly. The room was dirty. It smelled like a portable bathroom

The hotel was very clean. Checking in and out was easy.

We enjoyed the pool very much. Breakfast was good. Room was very quiet.

Tile in pool bathroom was not good. Some of the staff members seemed un approachable but they were overall accommodating. We did ask for housekeeping 1 day but did not get it.

Nice,comforting, clean. The workout room hours should be earlier. Business people have to leave early. The elliptical needs to be repaired and the gym needs to offer water.

Great place

Told the desk clerk I wanted to us sofa bed she handed me sheets. Later I had to go down to get a blanket. The bed was so uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep in it even being exhausted. The breakfast was not good. Would never return.

Well lit at night, convenient,decent breakfast.
