The hotel is aesthetically pleasing and maintains cleanliness, but it is imperative that the staff undergo comprehensive training, particularly the head manager. Despite her position as the head manager and overseeing all aspects of the hotel, she exhibited a lack of awareness regarding the website’s daily housekeeping policy. She expressed ignorance about the significance of this policy and its presence on the website, as she did not create it. Furthermore, her behavior was characterized by rudeness, resulting in the rudely hanging up on my wife’s call. Given our frequent travel, at least 30 to 40 times annually, it is disheartening to witness such incompetence from a reputable establishment like this one. It is evident that leadership plays a pivotal role in the success of any organization, and the absence of effective leadership can lead to the incompetence of those responsible for tasks such as housekeeping. While I have encountered both rudeness and incompetence in the past, it is not a common occurrence. However, the combination of rudeness and incompetence, as exemplified by the head manager’s actions, is concerning. Typically, we reside at the Holiday Inn located directly across the street, despite the fact that the rooms are slightly older. However, the staff is significantly more professional, and their housekeeping is daily, as advertised on their website. Whenever we require assistance, they have consistently been willing to accommodate our requests. The sole reason we did not choose to stay there for the past few days was because they were fully booked today. This was the first day we had booked a room there. I actually informed my wife that I believe we should start staying at this hotel because it is more comfortable, but that was before we met the manager, who was extremely rude from the moment I entered the establishment. Therefore, if you are seeking a hotel with a friendly and attentive staff, I recommend booking the Holiday Inn Express across the street. If you prioritize having a manager who is professional and courteous, the Holiday Inn is the better choice.

We have stayed during multiple visits to the area and will stay again! Breakfast changes daily a bit and always something good! Toilet was a bit short for us being in our late fifties and being taller than 5’9” and it would have been nice to have a soft-close toilet seat, but everything else was absolutely stellar! Thank you for an amazing stay!

I found the room to be newer with nice lighting and it appeared clean from first glance. The bathroom was nice size but I found the water pressure to be lacking, tub didn't drain water very quickly. As I proceeded to take my shower I found the towels to be extremely rough and they were definitely useful to exfoliate the skin but where a little to harsh for my skin. I appreciated the white bedding but upon sitting on the bed it felt as if the bed was quite worn. As I continued to check the room out I noticed 2 large red stains on the carpet and a yellow stain on the white bedding that I decided to get a little soap and water to wipe off. There was a hard white substance on the nightstand and desk that was missed during cleaning. As I kicked back to unwind from my trip I kept hearing what sounded like loud music. I found that I needed to keep turning the tv up to hear what I was watching. At first I thought since the weather was nice it was passing motorists playing their music loudly. As time went by I decided to turn the volume off to learn where this music was coming from, it was the adjoining room playing their tv loudly. I was even able to hear his conversation word for word with my tv volume on. It felt as if this man was in the room with me. To my surprise later, I was even able to hear this man pleasuring himself through the wall. I am exhausted from the worn mattress and my neighbor in the adjoining room. I was so surprised for a hotel to build walls so thin, this is the first time I have experienced this in my 30 years of traveling. I did find the front desk attendant to be dry and was only concerned with going outside to smoke.

Great location, beds and room were both very comfortable.
