The orange juice was watery.

After being taken to 3 different rooms, and still not clean and put together. Dressers & tables broke, not pushed up against the walls. Missing decor. Exhaust fan not working in the bathroom. Missing light bulbs, for lamps, lamps not working., beds not made, food crumbs on floor, floors dirty/sticky, dirty walls…dirty couches. Hair in shower..feces on the wall. Went to have breakfast at 9 & the lady said they take away breakfast at 10 o’clock on weekends only.. we said it’s Saturday… she said oh here ya go, it’s still on the cart being put away, while being very rude… very disappointed

It was excellent

We booked 5 rooms for us and our family to celebrate Christmas. Friday-Sunday They were so accommodating with everything. And it was crazy with the grandkids running about. It was a great weekend,

The pool was to warm.

It was ok this time. Someone was smoking pot and staff did nothing. It was leaking out onto the halls and common areas and nothing was done.

Very clean and staff was friendly

Pillows were small and uncomfortable. They were the size of throw pillows instead of full size

Not a great value for the money. Felt very dorm-like

It was close to the event I was attending. I liked that breakfast was available at the property.

You could smell the chlorine and a musty smell coming from the pool area as you walk in the front entrance.

Room floor had glitter around the bed and night stand.
