It’s convenient location

Toilet has no exhauster which was difficult when staying with a group or family . Again , we booked for apartment Lisa but we were given another one called duplex which was at the top of the building and it had no lift service either to get there. That was a bit disappointing.

The apartment is very close to the train station, so it is really easy for you to go to the central. It is also very spacious, so it is suitable for families with kids. They allowed for an early check-in and the check-out was really easy.

I wish the hosts are more attentive towards their guests. I requested for a towel as they did not prepare according to the number of guests. However, no action was done by the hosts and I needed to collect it by myself from the reception desk which is located at the next building.

Close to South station.

I don even know where to start. They charged me 30 euros extra for late check in, which was not mentioned anywhere durimg the time of booking or afterwards. Then they charged 5 euros for keeping our luggages there which is okay for me, but the luggages were in the balcony. The wifi did not work for us. The washroom smells bad. I normally do not expect so much but with the amount of money they charged it’s just unacceptable. I have never gave bad reviews to any place but this one is a complete exception. I will never recommend anyone about this place not even my worst enemies.

Made a reservation for an apartment with 4 single beds. Upon arrival this appeared to be a "special request" which couldn't be accommodated. Instead we got a room with a queen and 1 single bed and one of us ended up on a mattress on the floor. Daunting neighborhood near Brussels-Midi station, noisy streets at night.
