Dirty kitchen cuterly, bad sewer smell coming from the drains, bad neighborhood.

Very clean, easy check in process.

The area was not so great although near the main train station for the euro star.

Very good location, close to the metro station. We got the key easily. It was very clean inside.

There were five of us and it turned out that we were in one room, which surprised us a bit. We were on the third floor without an elevator, up steep stairs.

5mins walk to the train station.

Everything was right for our quick stop in Belgium.

The location is fairly close to the train station. The room itself was okay, though not as described. It was supposed to have 3 standard pads and a double. It had 1 standard, 1 double, and a BUNK bed. It was also supposed to have an elevator- a lie. Check in was difficult. You have to call them and then FIND the location and then use an intercom and their English is very limited and the sound is tough. You then go into the building and are called into a back office-- they don't greet you-- and a guy who speaks almost no English signs you in, takes your credit card for city tax and deposit, and talks into his phone translator to tell you where to leave the key. You find out your room is around the corner, next to a shop and the entrance is between two piles of garbage. 3 flights of stairs up, and room as described. Otherwise nice room, fairly quiet. Neighborhood is very scary-- a lot of non-native Belgians and people living on the street, trash everywhere. We were all guys and were uneasy about walking around. Not recommended.

Location is fine

In the beginning paid for booking the hotel £147 for one night while we chose car park included when we reach said no carpark need to pay €25 daily while was free for uk plate. He charged €100 for deposit supposed to refund when we evacuate hopefully I paid by credit card not cash . We cleaned and asked the staff to check everything to refund said its fine but takes two working days . We came back home never received the refund. Keep contacting the property simply ignored , no response called booking website not solved finally called the bank and disputed , Got the money back after a months Do not trust these guys .Strongly avoid.
