There was no lift as we had elderly people with us

The apartment is located centrally and the apartment had a good level of cleanliness , the kitchen is well equipped

1. Lack of lift , carring luggage through the steep and narrow stairway was very inconvenient 2. The second set of beds is on the mezannine floor , the stairs to this floor are steep and very inconvenient . Also this floor is not recommended for tall people as the roof slants

The bedroom & bathroom was spacious & clean. The advantage for us was that it was near the station. We didn't use the kitchen so can't comment on the cleanliness.

It was hot & the fan only turned at a very slow speed.

You have to pay a deposit about which there were no information before we came to apartment. It was returned,but such details should be know beforehand

This apartment had no air conditioning, no elevator, and the worst thing was that it had a very bad smell. The bathroom had a very bad smell😡

Unfortunately, the host was quite unfriendly during communication. After the stay, I was unexpectedly charged €25 for kitchen cleaning, even though the kitchen was left clean and tidy. I requested an explanation for the charge, but the host was unable to provide any clear reason and has not responded to follow-up messages. Be aware that you may be charged an additional €25–30 from deposit for simply using the kitchen, regardless of how well you clean up. This lack of transparency was disappointing and affected an otherwise decent stay. Additional Points: The apartment has no elevator, and the stairs are very narrow and steep. This can be challenging, especially if you're carrying luggage or have any mobility concerns. It’s important to be aware of this before booking. During check-in, the host used a card machine to block the deposit amount, which is standard. However, he also took my credit card and began writing down sensitive card details (including the card number and expiry date). When I asked him to stop, he responded rudely, insisting it was "for security." This practice is highly questionable and unsafe, especially when a proper deposit has already been secured electronically. It raised serious concerns about data privacy and security.
