"Good place but needs some improvements especially for the price"

Quick check-in, cleanliness, the house itself is wonderful, nice interior

Breakfast is limited: no eggs and no replenish during breakfast, the coffee was not good, it was very weak. The shower cabin is very small and the water temperature control is not working. It is super hot or very cold.

Hosts were really wonderful, loved the view from my window, great location. Convenient to get around even without a car.

If anything, the room was smaller than I'd expected, but it makes sense for a single room!

I stayed here a few years ago and was impressed. Now under new ownership it's great to see the standard has been maintained. The new owners made me feel very welcome. I stayed in their compact single room this time and it was perfect. If I stay over in Fort William again the Ashburn will be the first place I contact.
